Tom Baum
President, Bozzuto Homes Company

As president of Bozzuto Homes, Tom is responsible for the development of a range of for-sale products, including condominiums, town homes and single-family homes.

Prior to joining Bozzuto, Tom held the position of senior vice president with Summit Properties, Inc., where he was responsible for growing their mid-Atlantic portfolio into the largest segment of the company, from 11% of the portfolio in 1996 into 23% of the portfolio in 2000. 

A registered architect, Tom earned an undergraduate degree in architecture from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree in real estate development from Columbia University. He also attended the National Academy of Architecture in Versailles, France.

 


   

Duncan Slidell
Vice President, Bozzuto Homes Company
Operations

As vice president of operations for Bozzuto Homes, Duncan has bottom line responsibility for all of the company’s actively-selling homes communities.

Prior to joining Bozzuto in 2002, Duncan worked in the capital markets group at Friedman, Billings, and Ramsey, Inc., an investment bank in Rosslyn, VA. 

Duncan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Lee University as well as a Master’s of Science degree in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University.  He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Washington Real Estate Group.

 


   

Clark Wagner
Vice President, Bozzuto Homes Company
Director of Development

Clark oversees design and development activities, manages the entitlement of major projects, and sources new land opportunities for Bozzuto Homes.  Over the last eight years, he has developed more than 1,300 residential units that have won numerous awards.

Prior to joining Bozzuto, Clark spent 16 years with the City of Gaithersburg in various positions.  One of his major accomplishments is the author of the City’s award-winning Smart Growth Policy.

Clark obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts at Towson University and holds a Masters in Planning degree from the University of Virginia.  He received the LEED Accredited Professional designation from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Clark is an active member of the MNCBIA and previously served on the Monument Awards committee.  He is a member of the MNCBIA Board of Directors, where he serves as Co-Chair of the Multifamily Housing Council, a member of the Montgomery County Forest Conservation Advisory Committee, d a member of the Gaithersburg Historic Preservation Advisory Committee, and a 2006 graduate of Leadership Montgomery.

 


   

Olive Chalmers
Vice President, Bozzuto Homes Company
Homeowner Association and Settlement Services

Olive joined Bozzuto as a Project Accountant when the company was formed in 1988.  Over the past twenty years, she has worked in numerous areas of the homebuilding industry including, customer service, sales and property management, and has been involved with all of the Bozzuto Homes multifamily and single-family communities.

In her current position as Vice President of Homeowner Association and Settlement Services, Olive works with, and maintains strong relationships with, the many condominium associations that have transitioned from the control of the developer. 

A native of Scotland, Olive attended Business College in Dundee, Scotland where she obtained her Accounting Degree. She is a licensed Realtor and a member the Prince Georges Board of Realtors and the Washington Chapter of the Community Associations Institute.
 


   

Tom Fox
Vice President, Bozzuto Homes Company
Warranty Services

Tom has led Bozzuto Homes’ Warranty Services Department for the past seven years, where he is responsible for addressing any concerns from Bozzuto’s more than 2,500 homes.  

Tom has more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the homebuilding industry, including several years of operating his own home improvement business.  Prior to Bozzuto, Tom was manager of homebuilding operations for a national homebuilder in which he was responsible for the completion of more than 2,300 homes. 

Tom is a graduate of Fairfield University and has received numerous awards for construction volume and quality, including the 2001 PRO’s Award for Best Customer Service Manager in the Washington/Baltimore market.
